The fairies of Dahomey folktale and legends - The Aziza are benevolent, beautiful figures known for providing wisdom to hunters by teaching them how to use fire and techniques for survival.

Stories say that once humans found out how helpful the Aziza were, they searched for them so much that it caused the Aziza to hide so deep into the forest that it is now very difficult to find them.
