Refund policy
If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging!
In the unlikely event that your artwork has been received damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to us at studio@adeche.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Art Prints: Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
